Curator’s clip description

Gordon Syron walks off by himself. Elaine talks to camera about the feeling that she is trespassing in someone else’s story.

Curator’s notes

We travel with Gordon when he returns for the first time to his family’s country, and the place where he killed a man in defence of his family’s land. Syron is very generous in sharing the journey back to his homeland and the place where, for killing a man, he was incarcerated for many years.
