Mark Olive is a renowned Indigenous chef who is developing cuisine that incorporates native fauna and flora within internationally inspired dishes. Mark won the Deadly Award for Entertainment in 2006.

This is a simple but immediately engrossing cooking program. The camerawork is straightforward and unobtrusive, and chef Mark Olive is wonderfully clear in his instructions, without being patronising. He pitches the recipe so even an unskilled audience can follow everything.
