Synopsis

The film follows Charles, a private investigator, on the job. He describes how he collects evidence of people in the act of being unfaithful and shares his feelings on the subject of adultery. Experts interviewed include sex therapist Bettina Arndt and biologist Roger Short. Wives, husbands and children are interviewed about the impact of infidelity on their lives.

The situations depicted in the film are varied. Overall the documentary offers interesting observations of human behaviour but doesn’t draw too many conclusions. Writer, director, producer Don Parham has many credits including, Riot or Revolution, Why Men Pay For It, Life is Too Serious, Big Hair Woman, Deadly Hurt, Something You Call Unique and The Choice.
