Curator’s notes
A straightforward documentary of the last year of eight-year-old Troy’s life. The film is enriched by the access given to the filmmakers as we witness his struggle to be brave in the face of pain and death. The documentary is a good example of the camera’s ability to portray human experience where other art forms are unable to make life so poignant.
