Curator’s clip description

The distinctive shapes of Milk Arrowroot and Iva biscuits emerge from the rolling and cutting machines. Women deftly sort and pack the biscuits into their packaging once they have been baked and cooled. Lemon, raspberry and pineapple are just a few of the available flavours for the wafer biscuits.

Curator’s notes

Milk Arrowroot biscuits are now well recognised as one of Arnott’s most famous biscuit lines but in fact, as we see here, were also one of Swallow and Ariell’s best selling types of biscuits.
